EMPLOYEE SURVEY – Social Care and Early Learning and Childcare (ELC) workforce
As highlighted in the previous email, the Scottish Government and COSLA are undertaking research into the Social Care and Early Learning and Childcare (ELC) workforce, amid concerns over recruitment and retention challenges in the sector. Gathering the views of employees is extremely important to help predict these challenges and inform how best to address them.
Part of this research is to gather the views of employees on what encouraged them to join the sector, what motivates them to stay and what their future intentions are.
Below is the link to the employee survey. As a Social Care employer, we would be very grateful if you could forward this email on to your staff to complete the survey.
The survey should take around 10 minutes and is completely confidential. Your responses will not be passed on to any third parties. Responses will be aggregated to ensure that no one service is identifiable. The survey will close at 5pm on Friday 17th May.
Again, more information is provided on the introduction page in the link. If you need any more information, please contact Jennifer Thomas at Jennifer.email@example.com
