The services we currently provide include helping people with planning around how they would like to live their lives and utilise their personal resources. A major part of our work is supporting people to live at home and either become or remain active participants in their own wider community.
Potential Living has also for some years now been involved in supporting young people with the transition from school to adult life. Flexible respite and day service provision are other services we can offer, as well as help to access educational opportunities and find employment. We also provide support with holidays and short breaks.
In addition, Potential Living now provide a Response On-Call Service to complement our supported living work and we are continually developing both services to offer, guidance, monitoring of technology and emergency response to any adults in our area, whether they have a learning disability or not.
Check out the Supported Living and Response On-Call sections for more details on what we offer and how we make it all happen.
